Our Payment methods
We offer credit card, advance payment, purchase on account and cash on delivery as payment methods in our web shop. You can also pay in cash or by card when picking up in Langgöns. Other payment methods are not currently possible. You can find details of the payment methods in the overview below.
The prices stated on the product pages are inclusive of VAT for end customers, exclusive of VAT for activated business customers and plus shipping.

Detailed information about our payment methods
We offer you the following payment methods. The shipping costs are partly dependent on the payment method selected. The prices listed in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may you be required to pay additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) in individual cases, but not to us, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. The delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price, they can be found on the page Shipping are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition.
Credit card
We offer you credit card payments with MasterCard and Visa via the provider Viva Wallet.

Cash on delivery
Please have the full invoice amount including shipping and service fees ready. The person delivering the parcel will collect cash upon delivery. For cash on delivery, an additional service fee of EUR 7.95 will be charged, which must be paid directly to the parcel deliverer.
The cash on delivery service is not available for first-time orders (only successfully completed orders are taken into account). With the cash on delivery service, the person ordering only receives the DHL package after paying the specified cash on delivery amount. Please note that a shipment with the cash on delivery service not to a packing station or parcel box can be delivered.
Direct delivery of cash on delivery orders will probably no longer be possible until the end of the Corona crisis - your package will then automatically be delivered to a DHL branch. However, you can still have it delivered to a post office to pay there with an EC card, for example.
The following costs apply for the cash on delivery service (including VAT): 7.95€ service fee.
Purchase on invoice
We also offer our regular customers the option of purchasing on account. For security reasons, this service is only available if you have an active customer account and are logged in, have at least two completed orders and the value of your order does not exceed 250 euros.
The decision as to whether we offer you the option of purchasing on account also depends on an internal case-by-case review. In this case, we may subsequently cancel your order if we consider your risk of default to be too high.
Cash & card payment
We offer you the opportunity to pick up your order from our Weezel store in Langgöns. You can pay with cash or with the following cards or services: Visa, VPay, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Please note that we are currently not serving unannounced visitors. We will inform you when your order is ready for collection.
