ORDER

If you have a customer account with a stored voucher, you will automatically be offered to use the voucher as a payment method during the checkout process.

If this option is not displayed to you, please enter the code that you received in the email or on the printed voucher in the field provided. You can do this either in the shopping cart under your product overview, or in the checkout area.

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. If you cannot find it, please also check your spam folder.

We will also keep you informed about the status of your order via SMS. So be sure to enter the correct number. 

On the website shipment tracking you can see the current status of your order.

As soon as we have sent your package, you will receive an SMS (if you have given us your number) and an email from us. 

We'll send you an email as soon as we've shipped your items. In this email you will always find a tracking link from DHL.

Alternatively, you can go to the shipment tracking see the current status. 

Yeah, we can. But please note that this is also work for us. We prefer to invest the time in new products or an even better shopping experience.

On the website shipment tracking you can conveniently download your invoice, delivery note and return slip. 

We offer you numerous secure payment methods: Klarna purchase on account, Klarna pay immediately, Visa, MasterCard, direct debit (via Klarna), PayPal and for international customers we also have iDEAL (NL) and Bancontact (BE).

This cannot be answered off the cuff. Some of our products are stored, others are produced especially for you when you order. The delivery times can therefore differ extremely.

We will show you a delivery window directly on the product detail page. Please note that this is a buffered estimate. Usually the package arrives much faster.

Goods in stock are usually dispatched the next working day, but no more than 3 working days.

A customer account offers you advantages, such as a quick checkout, an overview of your orders and sometimes we hide vouchers in the accounts. These discounts are exclusive to our weezel. It is therefore worthwhile to open a customer account, but it is not an obligation!

OK. Please just use the return slip that was in your package. You can see yourself on the side shipment tracking but also download a copy.

Please note, regardless of whether you order from us or in other shops, you have to try to avoid returns. Pay attention to your carbon footprint. Thank you!

Of course not! If something is not to your complete satisfaction, you don't have to pay for it. The most important thing for us is that you are happy at the end of the day.

Unfortunately, no. Since we do not save your payment details for security reasons, we cannot place an order on your behalf.

When you return something, it goes through an automatic checking process. If we accept your return (e.g. worn clothing, open everyday masks, heavily soiled or defective items, we do not take back), your credit will be automatically paid back to your means of payment. Please give us 2-3 days for the exam.

We encrypt the communication of our entire shop with SSL, payment data are not stored on our servers.

If you have forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot password" function. You will then automatically receive an email from us. In this email you will find the option to reset your password.

IMPORTANT: Our team is instructed not to change any user data. We have no access to your password, nor can we see or guess it. 

Are you sure the email address is correct? Did you perhaps mistype it? Do you have several email accounts and have you entered the wrong one? Our email provider is based in Deutschland and has German servers; our IP address has been "whitelisted" by all common email providers - i.e. approved for delivery.
